HOW LONG DOES TIER 1 VERIFICATION TAKE?⌄
Tier 1 (ID + selfie) is automatic and usually completes in under 5 minutes. Tier 2 (bank account) takes 1–24 hours. Tier 3 (business documents + UBO) takes 1–7 days.
WHERE DO I RECEIVE FUNDS?⌄
Any IBAN, ACH or wire account in your name — or a USDC wallet on Solana, Base, Ethereum or Polygon. You can split between fiat and stablecoin per payment.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PRO AND BUSINESS?⌄
Pro removes the 'Powered by Baynoy' badge, unlocks recurring billing and gives chat support. Business adds mass payouts (CSV + API), team roles, tax reports and a scheduled support call.
HOW DO REFUNDS WORK?⌄
From the dashboard or API. Card refunds settle in 5–10 business days; USDC refunds within minutes. Baynoy fees are refunded with the original amount.
